Had a great meal at Pho Ha Noi in Palo Alto! The pho broth was rich and well-balanced you can tell it’s simmered properly, not just seasoned to taste that way. Portions were generous and everything came out fresh and hot. Special shoutout to our server, July, who made the whole experience even better. One of the appetizers we wanted was out of stock, but she quickly offered a couple of great alternatives and made sure we still got a dish we loved no awkwardness, just smooth problem-solving. On top of that, she was attentive without hovering and had a genuinely warm, friendly vibe that made the meal more enjoyable. Will definitely be back highly recommend

Best pho I’ve had in a long time—flavorful broth, high quality beef and satisfying portions. Passion fruit drink nice too Service was friendly and attentive. Pho of course comes out very fast. The surprise at the end was a very nice touch and I will come back here for sure. Joyce is the best!

The pho here is super authentic and hits the spot. They give you a huge piece of beef that’s incredibly tender. Also definitely try the Vietnamese coffee. It’s really strong, one sip and you're energized for the whole day!

Had the S.18 Grilled Pork & Pork Egg Roll Vermicelli at Pho Ha Noi and it was fantastic. The grilled pork was flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the pork egg rolls added a great crunch to the dish. The vermicelli noodles were fresh, and the combination of cucumber, lettuce, herbs, carrots, peanuts, and fish sauce brought everything together perfectly. The portion size was generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was friendly. If you’re looking for a delicious Vietnamese meal that’s packed with flavor, I highly recommend the S.18. I’ll definitely be back to order it again.

Good hospitality, kind service, very convenient location and spacious Cafe, but the food is terrible. Easily the most unflavoured Vietnamese food in the entire Bay Area. I first ordered for Vegan pho, which came as a clear water with NOT even salt in it. Tasted like warm water and not pho. It was pretty unedible so I ordered a vegan rice with vegetables. I don’t know what they have against spices or just against being Vietnamese that it literally was boiled Veggies kept on top of rice with absolutely no flavour again, and if I can repeat, no salt. I tried to salvage by pouring the generous soy sauce they provide, but none came to the rescue. Vietnamese food IS USUALLY A HIT, but this was a miss
